This local's favorite provides a one of a kind dinning experience. Only a country club in name, at this Minturn steakhouse you grill your own entrée, whether it be steak, chicken or seafood, on the large lava rock grills at 1,100 degrees. Also don't miss their great salad bar, the Texas toast (great grilled), and the popular twice-baked potato.
