Well, to sum up chaps there is only on word that I really comes to my mind tenderflavorfullness. By far one of the best steaks I have had in Vail since I moved here seven years ago. My favorite dish is the Kobe Beef, beautiful presentation and phenomenal flavor bring this dish together. An all around great restaurant that is great for the whole family.
