Mouth watering sushi, a calm, relaxing atmosphere, and great service...what more could you want from a Sushi restaurant in Edwards, CO? I've been to Sato many a time, and each visit has been better than the last. The spicy tuna tartare appetizer is unreal, and each roll is to die for. A battle to the last piece -- you and your friends will fight for every morsel.
